Thanks for all of your advice, and yes keyser I would like to email you...so if you want to post your add. for me i can mail you direct...also i plan to try and do this with out filing bk..and whychat you are right i'm not the type who can deal with this for years but i plan to give it a shot..worse case i file bk later..however...in regards to the above tread..my questions still go unanswered...how do you get a ca, if the oc has sold the account to not sell it again since they cannot issue the 1099c..and when judgement negotiations are ongoing WHAT DO I TRY TO NEGOTIATE FOR OVERALL..besides $amt.,deletion of derog. remarks from cr..can you ask for cr to be reported paid in full as agreed...since you will be making arrangements with the ca to set payment or payoff agreements, and once completed you have really PAID AS AGREED????thanks to you all, my hair is slowly turning white.....
