Where can I check the status of a Lawsuit?

I live in Miami, FL.
Ford filed a lawsuit against me for a repoed car, I wasn't served in person.
The 20 days after the summons was given to the person who lives in my old address has passed.
How long is this case open if they haven't served me.
Is there any place where I can check by Case Number other than miamidade.gov
When I enter the case number it does not exist.
Can they take me to court without notifying me?
