The SOL for Tx for CC debts is 4 years, starting from the first time you were "late"(or had a past due notice or late fee tacked on to your account) with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR. If you are under SOL, there is no point in sending a cease and desist letter, as that would likely cause them to file suit against you.
