Thanks for replying LadynRed! The thing is that me simply telling them to stop calling me at work doesn't seem to work... Last time i received a call at my job, i got yelled at. After which i put my husband on a conference call and things got nasty. CA rep tried to get on my husband for his accent - "CA rep: Where you from?" "My husband: Why would it matter?" "CA rep: Cause i can't understand a word coming out of your mouth!" Following that my husband got pissed off and there were some obcene language involved... Mind you, CA rep didn't even know who he was talking to - i never said it was my spouse on the conference call. Poor CA rep was yelling on top of his lungs. I almost felt pity for him - i wouldn't wish such a lousy job for anyone. But in the end he hung up. My goal is to stop something like that from happening again, and not pushing for lawsuit at the same time. I would be grateful if someone pointed me to the right letter i could send to CA. Thank you again!
