Well I could not find a lawyer that would agree that the SOL for my revolving charge account falls under the shorter SOL. They both said it's a contract (1/3 agreed with the 4 year SOL in GA). I still qualify under the longer SOL but time is running out for me. So i called the lawyer who is suing me and offered a resonable amount for the best buy card. He said he would call me back (that was yesterday)after he spoke to his client.(?) So I'm waiting. I hope by offering something I did not reset my sol time clock. I forgot to mention to him that the sol has pasted (I was nervous). When he calls back i think I'm going to mention it anyway. If I made an offer and he does not accept have I just renewed my SOL?
