The more inquiries from Florida, the more one just can't help but believe that this state is an ongoing experiment in litigiousness. ANd to think, all this with a republican legislature.

Could you offer some particulars? Exactly what are you being sued for? Personal injury? Property damage, or both? If you type in "Florida Statutes" in to the google search engine, you'll find several handy websites listing all the laws, as well as statutes of limitations.
