No, I did not mention the Truth in Lending Act to the lawyers I spoke to. I will try that and see what they say. The lawyer who is suing me called back. They did not accept the offer I gave. The client (?) wanted more. So I will just respond to the Summons mention eveything that you guys have told me(thanks!)and take my chances. If you have any more advice please respond. Thanks
