Thanks everyone for the advice. I also wanted to say that I tried to talk to reps, from asset acceptance and I was cussed at and hung up on twice. I did file with the ftc, and reported to trans union that the date listed by asset acceptance is not right. I have done this about a hundred times and hope that this time it works. I have now learned not to talk to anyone from asset acceptance. I am fed up with their way of business and am going to make my lifes mission to put them out of business. Thanks again I am sure glad that I stummbled on this site!
