No, there is not a "violation" of FDCPA, what I was saying was that IF this had been a business account, it MIGHT not be covered under the FDCPA,and therefore you MIGHT have had less protection of your consumer rights. Apparently this is just another scam scum CA using a "fancy" name for itself. Send them the SOL letter, as I had suggested.
