The Statute of Limitations for negligence (sp) is four years from the date the action occurred.

DUI civil suits can bring in large judgements..you might want to gather up all your information, date of the incident and so on and speak to a criminal defense attorney about your options.

Most of them will do the first meeting for free or a small fee.
