I have to cc that I havent paid on in some time, Nextcard 8-9 months and Chase about 4 months. Chase has been real active in trying to get payments, havent really heard much from NextCard. Chase is about to charge off my card and I dont really know the status of the NextCard, NextCard hasnt been calling me at work like Chase so I hope that is a good sign. What should I expect after a charge off? The Chase guy also said I could be facing litigation cause the card is only 2 years old with a balance of 7000.00 and the NextCard is around 11000.00. I live in Kansas.
