What qualifies as necessary expenses? Would my car payment? I live in Kansas City but my job is in Lawrence (45 minute drive), I would think that would make my car payment necessary, cause with out it I cant get to work? I'm also paying on two apt lease...long story....and can I include them both as expenses?
