This guy didn't give me any info besides his name, "This is Mr. Tate". I found on the web this address below.

**Should we just mail them a request, to validate this alleged debt, to it and note the case # and my girlfriends name and address??

Per: 809. Validation of debts [15 USC 1692g]
(1) the amount of the debt;
(2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed

Address from the web:
NCO Financial Systems, Inc.
507 Prudential Road
Horsham, PA 19044
800-220-2274
215-441-3000

This 800 # doesn't match his on my caller id and I tryed 2 different reverse searches and came up emtpy on them too on the number he called from.
When I asked what company he works for he said "he was calling from the legal offices of NCO".
So I'm guessing this might be it.

Thanks again, John
