I had mine removed after going back and forth for a year with no response. I did the same thing as Captain Marty, but I had evidence that they re-aged the account. I hope you do too. In my letter I accused them of re-aging, cc'd FTC and BBB and State. I also told them that an attorney was chomping at the bit to get me to send them my information for class action, but I did not want it to go that far. The last line----I'm sure that your business is operating legally and would not intentionally violate the FCRA. Oh and reference previous unanswered correspondence and send copies of anything you have including certified mail receipts. Good Luck! You only have one month to go, so they may do nothing except stall until the month is up anyway.
