Can u dv after judgment

Can you do dv to asset after judgment is rendered? They still show the same account on cr as before judgment, plus the judgement. I don't think they actually owned the account when the took it to court. What would do if the oc is not giving you complete accounting of the account? It is MI law that they have 14 days to forward this info to me after getting my request. Its been three weeks now, and no response from them. It states I can sue them for violating this law.
