I am in MA and sent NCO in PA a Cease and Decist but they refused to sing for it and it was sent back! How DARE they! Should I Complain to the FTC or State Attorney General? Perhaps I should hand this to my Royal Solicitor. Or maybe I should send my Gard to LOP OFF there heads and display them on PIKES.
