Save the letter, unopened, it may be useful down the line ;) Now.. resend that same letter FedEx, UPS, or something similar that REQUIRES a signature for acceptance and will give you a tracking number and delivery status. Most of these scummy CA's aren't expecting that and will accept it. Its worth a shot.
