I am on this site doing research for a friend of mine who has been harassed by NCC, and I am taking my time enjoying the comments from all of you. I have noticed that this person named Jen seems to be ok with the actions of NCC, and a lot of you assume she works for them. I have made a strange observation in the posts of hers, at least the ones the webmasters have left on the site. She does a lot of abbreviating in her typing. The one I notice most often is "ck" for check. I work for a collection agency (a legitimate one, that follows the FDCPA) and I know that when you make a call and are documenting the account, you need to save space, so you abbreviate. Most documentation ends up looking like this... x clld to ck bal on acct... You get the idea. Look similar to her resposes??

Pretty sad that a BILL COLLECTOR thinks these guys are dirty huh!
