That is what I am trying to do. I can't seem to find the answers to the questions I have though. Like if HAF sold the account to Asset, would HAF be allowed to keep doing AR INQ's on my cr? My cr looks like HAF still owened the account during the time that asset got a judgment. It seems to me, that oc or owner has to sue, if I am correct and HAF still owned the account, asset couldn't have sued me legally. I did email the attny scott has listed for MI. He said he would look at my case, but he is not from my area. I have to find someone in the Downriver area of MI to help me with this before I go crazy!!! Thanks for your input.
