If you are going through a broker service, then ask him/her to get the items checked or deleted for you. If they want to, they can do these things for you. Hubby had a mess of a report and thanks to our broker, he got 2 items updated correctly and 4 items deleted that were either not his, stating he was deceased or beyond the reporting limit. Some do not want to be bothered, but those that want to offer good service will help you. Like WhyChat said, go to the next level of authority. Especially if the broker is working on commission. They get paid good to do this type of work. It is more than just copying papers and talking on the phone. If they do not honor your complaint, then go somewhere else.
