This is true... I've been working with RMA for 2 years, and they never send me what I request, although I provide them with info they can use. Also, if you ever call them up, you'll notice from their tones and approach to collection that they are not your friend, but a business out to make money just like any other business. Sure, they would like you to pay off your debt -- but only so they can gain the profit. The folks on the phone are as bad as a pressuring salesperson.
