Why Chat I am not beyond SOL, this just went to charge off status, and already 2 of the cc have sold, 1 to sherman, and 1 to another noted ca. I was referring to judgement negotiations, prior to the ca getting the judgement. I just wanted to know at that time what to negotiate with the ca FOR:....lessor $ amount, ect. but also what can be done to get the CA from selling off the balance to another ca for collection ...thanks
