I am gonna keep doing dv with them anyway. I will send one a week if i have to. I am going to one way or the other find out if they really bought the account or not. My thought is that if they report to cr then they are still under FCRA. It does not say judgment where they report to cra, it says collection for household auto finance. I will keep this up with them until I have a pile of letters that they ignore. When I have that, I will fax each and everyone of the letters to CRA and make them delete asset off my cr. The judgement might have to stay, but I will get asset off my report one way or the other. I hope they like that the judge said i can pay 25.00 a month till i get back to work. Just got a letter from unemployment saying I get an additional 20 weeks. Thats after already getting 26 initial and 13 week extensions. That will be more than year of unemployment. Then I am going to go back to school, maybe two years or maybe 3. Then I am going to work part-time when I do go back to work. And I might just take a min wage job when I do. They can't take my BF's money, and even if we get married, they can't take my husbands money, and they will never be able to touch my child support or my unemployemnt money. So, I might just pay them 25.00 a month for the life of the judgment!!!!! My home will be in my parents name. And I drive fix em beat up old cars, don't really care to have a car payment again!!!!! So they can't take that. All my belongings are in going my parents name or my bf's name, and they won't be able to take a thing from me. They messed me over once, and I won't let them do it again. I wonder if I can sue them in small claims court if I can prove the got judgment without being the owner of the account? I might just look into that, then I will sick a ca on them for once. I just LOOOOOVVVEEE ASSet too!!!!!!!!!!
