You really need to contact a lawyer or legal aid. It is almost impossible for someone to give you any answers on anything without knowing your State, which Court what KIND of "Civil" action you received a summons on and many other issues.

EVEN if a qualified lawyer WERE to get the required information from you, it would be unethical and extremenly foolhardy for one to give you any kind of legal advice.
