I don't "hate" score questions, I just am not very familiar with how they can be raised, (or lowered) or in fact -how they figure them out in the first place.

However, both creditnet.com and creditboards.com have a LOT of information in the "facts" sections on the subject, and MANY experts to answer your question.

What I have READ on the subject seems to indicate that older trade lines in good shape help your score the most, and recent bad accounts hurt it the most.
