3/14 Entry is the issuance of the suumons on defendants one and two.

The next two entries show return of service on defendants one and two.

3/31 is the answer from defendant one's attorney.

In Dade County, the docket will list all the dates and events scheduled for this hearing.

This shows that they served defendant number two on 3/24/03.

What is the basis of the lawsuit ? Are they suing for damages he caused as a drunk driver or just for the balance of money owed on the car?

Also, go to the library and check out the self help legal books for some grounding in the basics of the law. NOLO has some excellent books and there are others as well. The librarian can direct you to the general area where the books are. Go through and take out anything that might be relevant...how to defend yourself in court, etc.

Also, you might qualify for legal aid or the local law school might direct you to someone who will represent you if this is really serious.
