This CA is not allowed to have ANY collection activities in Oregon.

The reason they are saying they are not a CA is because they are ILLEGAL SCUM SCAM ARTISTS.

File a complaint on-line with the FTC, the NY & the Or. Attorney General's office.

Send them a cease and desist/validation/dispute letter, CRRR.
