Alabama has a 3 year SOL, (statute of limitations) your debts are no longer LEGALLY collectible.

If you wish to get your credit cleaned up, you are better off sending them the "SOL" letter from my website and following it up with the dispute letter to CRA's.

Unfortunately, the way the system works, if you do the right thing and pay - you will suffer bad credit longer than if you save your $$ (or donate to charity) and dispute the entries.
