Wow!! talked to Allied Interstate yesterday..Was she actually nice ?

Actually..Allied interstate education services.
Same company, different department.
Called about my Student loan rehab account done through
ASA. Lady was actually pretty damn friendly. Must have been cause she was not trying to collect money because i am already on the program but otherwise she was very nice. We were also talking about Collections stuff in general and she said that them as a company, try not to be hardasses but she admitted that some are hardassess. She went into saying how she, personally,
tries not to be so demeaning, hardass, aggressive.
She said that she tries to be as nice as possible>
And because she was so nice to me i actually complimented her that, yes she was much nicer than other collections people I have delt with.
She chuckled at me and said that, ya other agents can get pretty cocky. One thing that scared me is that she went over my credit report with me. She was very helpful with explaining some stuff on it cause there are a few student loans. But she did get into some other stuff.
I just hope that she didnt do a fresh pull to do this and hope she was just referring to a copy of one on file. Last thing i need is another inquiry just cause of that.
None the less she was very informative.
