I have a couple of questions about both. First, if something fell off cr without disputing, can it be re-inserted? If so, does the cra still have the 5 days to notify me?? If it was disputed and deleted does cra have five days to notify from date it was added back on? If they don't notify does that mean deleted for good? Second question, does this look like re-aged account? OR CR said GSC LLC Open 1998 Rep Since 1-1999 Date of Status 3-2000 Last Reported 3-2000 Paid/Charge off Charge Since 3-2000 Collection as 7-1999 to 1-2000, 5-99, 4-99, 2-99, 1-99 continue unrecord till 9-2004 OC HHFS GULF STATE CREDIT LLC PO BOX 105460 ATLANTA, GA 30348 Account Number: 3713168862 Original Creditor: HOUSEHOLD FINANCIAL SERVICES I Status: Paid/Collection account. Status Details: This account is scheduled to continue on record until 9-2004. They put the things below on both mine and my ex-hubbys reports as of today. Can they report this as individual? And then report to two different people's cr? Its obvious that it was at some point a joint account. We never had anything joint after our divorce. As far as I can tell, it fell off both our reports March 29, 2003. It was disputed and deleted off ex-hubbys, but just fell off mine. Back on report as of today and shows: Date Opened: 09/1998 Type: Installment Reported Since: 04/2003 Terms: 1 Months Date of Status: 04/2003 Monthly Payment:$0 Last Reported: 04/2003 Responsibility:Individual Credit Limit/Original Amount: $630 High Balance: NA Recent Balance: NA Recent Payment: NA Account History:Collection as of 4-2003
I am not worried about them trying to get the money, as I know I filed bk on this, think it might be bestbuy in 4-1998. Ex-hubby just filed bk last month. Can they just add it back like that. Did they re-age when they re-inserted?
