Received 1099C from OC, what now?

Whychat, I had a OC send me a 1099c form for 2002. Does this mean I'm still obligated to pay? hentag --------------------- The 1099C is an IRS form that can only be issued by a creditor who is ACTUALLY "forgiving" that amount of $$,the fact that the CA is "claiming" X$$ and "forgives" X -A $$ does not mean they can legally issue a 1099C for that difference. hentag
