urgent...garnishment of bank account funds

I live in Kansas and our bank account was just garnished today for a judgement on my husband. It was only around 150 dollars but we get paid tomarrow and it is automatically deposited. Can they clear my account again tomarrow? How many times can they keep coming back and taking money out of my account? If we take my husbands name off the account will that matter or will they still be able to garnish it? How much would it cost about to file BK in Kansas? Please help, I am so depressed!!!
