No, its not a bad idea, but are you sure that you/she filled out the form as an INDIVIDUAL bankruptcy and not joint ? I've never seen Ziinet, but many people have used it successfully, there's just very little help there. You have to add your income as its part of the 'household' financial picture, however it should NOT affect your wife's filing, or you, at all. She may gain some benefit from your income to the household, but its HER income and HER debts that are considered by the court with an individual filing.
