BK accounts

I run a Credit Report to take to my attny later on today (first free visit), I paid $39.99 with consumerinfo.com, and I was surprised when I saw that they just give you a portion of the account number(last digits missing).
When I divorced, I left all the bills in my old house, since I moved to a new address, they haven't found me and I haven't received anymore bills I even gave the cc to my ex when I left him and I don't know where I can find him now.
How can I add those joint accounts to bk?
I found a lot of collection agencies names on the report, but I don't even know what account they are trying to collect. Also I realized that some accounts are not metioned on the report but I know they were opened before. Should I add them?
Oh well, big mess!!
Should I start calling the creditors and ask the Account Numbers? All of them are as Charge of, bad debt, or on collection....
