My wife has an apartment payment that went to a collection agency because the last month wasn't paid. It is losted as an installment. Is this correct?. Anyway is the SOL the same for this as it is for CC? We are in Texas which is 4 years for CC but I'm not sure about this one.. and I want to get it off. We were not even supposed to pay for this but a new management took over the place and they cannot find any documentation on our agreement.. and now I'm cleaning her report and it is on there. They didn't event try to collect. Also when is the DOLA? Is it the date the payment was due that we didn't pay or what? It was back in Aug 2000.
