thank you, I spoke the attorney and he says that the case is close, he won a settlement amount which is probably uncollectable. He is looking for anyone within Wisconsin who has been harrassed by these people to contact him so that he can file another suit, and possibly get an injuntion.

He also told me to file a complaint on the FTC website, which I just did.

Does anyone know what recourse I have to get this off my credit report?
