My wife got off the phone with this company about the same time the first complaint was logged today. She was in tears when she called me at work. She said that she was being prosecuted for a check that was written 4 years ago in the amount of $24. I checked with Attorneys in my local area and also with checks and frauds. I have since requested the form to file a formal complaint with the NJ Attorney General as well as the BBB. The lovely young man we had the pleasure of dealing with is B. Logan.
