Is there ANY indication as to an account number or reference of any kind ? What about in the section that lists original creditors, anything remotely similar ??

Dispute it with the credit bureaus as 'not mine' as you don't recognize it. If it comes back 'verified', they have to tell you HOW they verified.

If this account is one from an OC that dropped off your report after the requisite 7 years, then Sherman may have re-aged this old debt - which is illegal.
