received a letter from northland group inc today, the client is sherman acquisition, cc is household - kmart. northland is out of MN, i'm in NY. if i don't answer their letter will they likely to sue me? from the looks of my credit report i hit the 180 day around 3/2001, it does not state when it will come off my report. i don't have the settlement amount their asking for so that is out. any advice?
