I was contacted by National Check Control last week regarding an amount I supposedly owe but am disputing, because the debt was paid to another collection agency years ago. Thank you for posting the link to this action, I have contacted the law firm and will hope to hear from them soon.

PS - The suit is being filed in Wisconsin, but I live in California and used to live in Idaho. NCC tried to contact me using my Idaho address. Does this have any bearing on my eligibility for participating in the action?
