No the fact you live elsewhere has no effect on it, he said he has been contatced form people all over the US. If it is an issue he will let you know, but i really doubt that it is. The lawyer will be contatcting you soon, i called him yesterday, and got through to him right away, and he also contacted me today. Good luck to you !
