To begin with, the alledged bad check was never written by me, there's no question about it; I've never even been into the store where it was written. Nat'l Check, while being rude and demanding ignored the only response I gave them, which was a demand to see the check (or a copy thereof) in question. Instead they continue to harass with threatening letters. The matter has been turned over to the authorities and a case is pending against them. Same is true about many other people they have been bothering as well.

If you get info from them, ignore it. Contact the New Jersey state board of consumer affairs instead.
