These people are crazy. They called and threatened me over a check my friend wrote. I too have joined this suit. I work for a collection lawfirm. Their practices are totally out of line.
I spoke with the firm supposedly in New Jersey. Jenna Lee was the alleged supervisor there. She was obnoxious, rude and tried to put down everything I said. When I started telling her about the Fair Credit Act, she too told me she was not bound by anybody. Let me tell you, if she was located in Delaware, I would go straight there and knock her out.She made me sick over this entire thing. Because of what this woman has done and said to me and my friend, we are no longer friends after 16 years. She wanted to just pay them, and she did. She was afraid to let it go because of their constant threats of arrest.I tried to tell her about this website, but she just would not listen.
