settle for deletion

Does anynone know if Providian, HouseholdBank or Citibank will settle for deletion? And if so, for what percentage? Also, a CA called NAS is calling me for Providian,once they get tired, will they turn around and sue?..They offfered me a 50% settlement but I won't have the money for 3 more months.
