The nastier she gets to me the nastier I get back. I do not care who she is or where she comes from, but I will tell you she and the rest of her cohorts need to be stopped. They are out of control and way out of line.
I knew something was off after the first phone call. She got me, and I work for a LEGAL collection LAW FIRM, or should I say REAL.. I have joined the suit as well, reported them to BBC and the attorney general in New Jersey. They all seem to think this is a joke when you try to counter them with the truth. SO, when they call again and they will, either hang up or start ramming questions at them. Things like, who is the lawyer, how can you sue from another state unless they obtain OUT OF STATE COUNSEL, should the suit not be DOMESTICATED first, where is the documentation? Eventually they will hang up on you. They know they are breaking the law, but they just don't care.
Don't give into these people with fear..I mean really, has anyone received REAL court papers charging them with "theft by deception?". What I want to know is what happened to the sherrif that was supposedly coming to knock down my door and drag me off to prison for an 80.00 check.
My lawfirm sends BACK claims under 500.00 because we would LOSE money trying to get the money due paid.
These people,as I have said before are just nuts.
