Your late brother's debts were extinguished by his death.

His creditors had a claim against his estate, if any.

The time for any claim against the estate has long since passed.

Write a letter to the CA (probably Camco or Sherman or Arrow) stating that the person their letter was addressed to died 6 years ago, send a copy of the death certificate if you have one, and that the estate was insolvent.

Make SURE you do not give YOUR name or relationship,these scam artist CA's are know for lying cheating and defrauding whomever they can.
