I have a couple of credit cards that I have been unable to pay on for probably a year. I have received letters from them and now I got one from an attorney. I tried to make payment arrangements with them many times but they would only except payment in full. I have no job, which is why I didnt pay on them. I dont own a house I have a car but make payments. Can they still take my car? I also have a bank account but not much in it. If they get a judgement how can they take money from my account? I am in CA. Thank you
