Anyone who is interested, I just picked up paperwork form my local court to persue civil charges for compensation from NCC. I had contacted NCC requesting information on check they claim I wrote in 1998. I asked for a copy of the check and I said if it is my debt I will pay it,they then cursed me out, called trash, and told I would be locked up. These people need to be stopped. I can't beleive they are allowed to conduct business in this mannerer, one guy told my wife to shut her mouththat we were're trash and need to be taken of the street. I'm suing for harrasment, pain and suffering and anything else allowed by law.
