I also wanted to let everyone know I spoke with local law inforcement and asked if these people are able to issue a warrant for my arrest as they say the can. I found out that because they are not the "victim" meaning I did not write a check to NCC personally that they CAN NOT press charges, they use these illegal strong arm tactics to try and scare you out of your money. I also found out that in my state of Virginia it is ILLEGAL for a collection agency to threaten criminal prosecution as a means of collection and not take action. Because of the fact they CAN'T take action because again they are not the "victim" I will see NCC in court. I think everyone on this forum should sue them individually if you like but I am interested in getting representation and filing a class action. As far as I know 5+ people ='s class action.
