How many times do we harp or go after the legitimate CAs. that would be a big none. We go after the scum of the scum. The whitewings, NCC, camco, asset,calvary,rma,ect. Heck, I am even a member of a collection forum and I give them advice. You will find that the trolls who post here are the most abusive. They are more than likely feeling the pressure of current or upcoming lawsuits. More than likely the FTC of the attorney general is breathing down their necks. Actually, nice of these 'people' have bothered posting until they noticed the law has finally caught up to them. As for the idiot who actually ask about my credit. 26 positives and 1 negative chargeoff that was paid 4 years ago. yours, of course, would be 26 negatives and 1 positive.
